What’s Your MO delivers your goods with Australia Post. We offer a number of delivery choices on checkout to suit your needs and we deliver to PO Boxes in Australia. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will usually be processed the next business day.

Australia Post

We recommend signing up for a free MyPost Account https://auspost.com.au/mypost/auth/#/register which will provide SMS notifications of all your orders and allow you to redirect your order or organise a safedrop.

Australia

Standard shipping -  flat rate $12.00 | 3 -10 business days depending on the delivery location.
This means Australia Post have the authority to “leave in a safe place” without a signature at your address. You will be able to track your item online.
If your location is unsafe you may either opt to send your delivery to your work address or if you prefer to sign for your goods, please tick the signature on delivery box for an additional charge.
Express shipping – calculated by postcode | 2 -4 business days depending on delivery location.

International

Economy air – calculated by country and weight of parcel | 6 -20 business days depending on delivery location.

Personalisation Timeframes

Our production team at What’s Your MO work super-fast to create your masterpieces. They work as fast as there fingers allow them to get them out the door to you. Sometimes some creations take a little longer than others so please allow 3 business days until dispatch; however, we aim to process orders within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or public holidays. Parcels being delivered to rural and international addresses may incur a longer wait time.
While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy promotional and sale periods. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

International Custom and Import Charges

The prices within the online store do not include any relevant overseas duties (including import gst/vat), clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that you may incur. Please refer to your local customs and import authorities about what these additional charges may be before placing your order. These will vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

To comply with australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

Triple check your order

Confirm all the items in your cart are correct, you can edit the items in your cart by clicking "edit details". Please double check the colour of your sole and strap, your size, your decorations, your flowers and butterflies have a decoration holding them in place, your engravable is spelt correctly, your decorations have been rotated the way you want them and of course that you absolutely love your custom-made thongs. We are unable to exchange or refund a pair due to change of mind.

Oops Wrong Address

Mistakes can happen! What’s Your MO cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. If you wish to change the delivery address help us help you by getting in touch with us at solutions@whatsyourmo.com.au as soon as possible so we can intervene before the order is processed. We will try our best but can’t make any promises. We know you want your order fast so our team at WYMO aim to process and pack your order as quickly as possible which means we’re unable to make changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

Tracking your item

You can track the progress of your order at any time by clicking the tracking link contained within your shipping confirmation email or by contacting us at solutions@whatsyourmo.com.au

Oh no my Items have not arrived

If you have received a shipping confirmation email, but have not received your order within the specified timeframe, please contact Australia Post here and quote your tracking number. You can find these details within your shipping confirmation email. You can track the progress of your order at any time by clicking the tracking link contained within your shipping confirmation email. If the matter is not resolved through the postal company, please email us at solutions@whatsyourmo.com.au for assistance.

Oh no received incorrect item

We take a lot of care when putting your Masterpieces together, we triple check all items before dispatch, on the odd occasion a mix up may occur. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please send details together with a photo to solutions@whatsyourmo.com.au. You are responsible for notifying us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Sending a gift to a special someone
What’s your Mo Thongs make the perfect gift and sending a pair to a special someone is easy! Just put the recipient’s details in the shipping section when you’re checking out, but use your email, and include your details in the billing section.
